How long will my delivery take?
Deliveries within South Africa typically take between 3 to 5 working days. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
What delivery services do you use?
We use Postnet, Paxi, and Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa to ensure that all your orders are delivered on time, every time.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. However, we offer exchanges in special circumstances, such as receiving an incorrect product. Each case is evaluated by our management team to determine eligibility for an exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit card payments. Our payment gateway providers, Yoco and Paystack, ensure a safe and secure transaction process.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the respective courier's website.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products offered by Our Kulture are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with the product received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss your options.
